This package is ideal for the Bride and Groom that have all the wedding planning and preparation under control. Wedding Day Coordination is focused on a stress free day, giving the couple the opportunity to show up, say "I Do," and enjoy their special day.

The Day of Coordinator handles behind-the-scenes details and ensures your wedding day goes smoothly so you and your families are free to celebrate.

Vendor coordination and management
Ceremony and reception timeline execution
Wedding rehearsal support with officiant and wedding party
Guest and vendor question handling
Issue resolution on event day
Day-of emergency kit support

What You Can Expect

Clear package terms and no hidden charges.

Reservation Fee

$100.00 reservation fee is applied to your total and is refundable up to 90 days before the event date.

True Event Time

Set up and tear down are not deducted from your event hours.

Licensed & Insured

Spokane area events include no travel charge, and all packages are all-inclusive.
